Refund and Returns Policy – InnerCure

 

Overview

At InnerCure, we are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy, healthcare consultation, and wellness-related courses. Since many of our services are delivered online (consultations, therapy sessions, and digital courses), our refund policy differs slightly from physical product returns.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


 

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

 

Digital Services (Consultation, Online Courses, E-learning Content)

  • Digital healthcare consultations and online sessions cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Refund requests for consultations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled session, no refund will be issued.

  • Online course fees are generally non-refundable once course content is accessed or downloaded. However, if you face a technical issue that prevents access, we will assist you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

 

Physical Products (if applicable in future)
  • Must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • Certain products such as personal care, medical equipment, perishable goods, and health-related items are non-returnable.

 
Non-returnable items include:
  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Health and personal care products.

  • Gift cards.

To complete a return (if applicable), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be granted in certain situations such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid online content.

  • Service not delivered as promised due to technical or scheduling issues from our side.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


 

Refunds (Process)

Once your return/refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


 

Late or Missing Refunds
  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to reflect).

  • Next, contact your bank, as processing times vary.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@biponi.in.


 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items/services may be refunded. Sale or discounted services cannot be refunded.


 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items/services if they are defective, not delivered properly, or technically inaccessible.

  • For physical products (if any in future), exchanges may be requested by contacting us at info@biponi.in.

  • For digital services, rescheduling of sessions may be offered instead of refunds.


 

Gifts
  • If the item/service was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, you may receive a credit for the value of your return.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


 

Shipping Returns (for physical products only)

If you return a physical product:

  • Mail it to our registered address (will be shared upon approval of return request).

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
